How to make creamy mango sago?
Prepare your tapioca pearl.
Cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, put the lid on, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 3 minutes.
Rinse it with cold water and set it aside.
Peel the mangoes and cut them into cubes. Place them in a bowl. Then add a 12-ounce jar of Nata de Coco. A half cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and the cooked tapioca pearl. Mix them together until combined.
I suggest to chill them in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving so it becomes more firm! ENJOY!

Instructions:
1. First, prepare your tapioca pearl.
2. Cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes and stir right away to avoid clumping at the bottom of the pot.
3. After 10 minutes, put the lid on, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 3 minutes.
4. Rinse it with cold water and set it aside.
5. Now, we’re going to peel the mangoes and cut them into cubes.
6. Place them in a bowl. Then we’ll add a 12-ounce jar of Nata de Coco.
7. A half cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and the cooked tapioca pearl. Mix them together until combined.
