This chocolate fudge is super easy to make. It's so delicious, and it tastes like traditional fudge. You don't need to bake it, and it only requires two ingredients. It's basically made of sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Prep Time: 5 MINUTES
Chilling Time: 30 MINUTES
Total time: 35 MINUTES
Cuisine: American
Course: Dessert
Ingredients:
+ 2 1/2 cup(425g) semi sweet chocolate chips
+ 1 can (15oz or 1 1/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Line a rectangular pan with parchment paper. (You can also use a square pan, like 8x8 inches, and line it with parchment paper.)
2. In a mixing bowl, pour the semi-sweet chocolate chips and add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix together until combined.
3. Place it over boiling water and stir continually until the chocolate is melted.
4. When the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat.
5. In the prepared pan, spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly using a spatula. To remove any air bubbles and level the fudge batter, tap the bottom of the pan a few times against the counter.
6. Put the fudge in the refrigerator to set. When the fudge is firm to the touch, it is finished. It can take between 30 minutes and an hour. Use a sharp knife to slice the fudge.
Note: If you don't have a microwave at home, you can follow the step-by-step instructions for the double boiler method.
