Ingredients:
+ 200g( 2 cups) Oreo cookies & cream
+ 4 oz ( 1/2 cup) cream cheese
+ coconut flakes for coating
Instructions:
1. Use a food processor or blender to crush the Oreo cookies. If you don't have a food processor or blender, put the Oreos in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin or other heavy object.
2. Crush the Oreo cookies, add the cream cheese, and thoroughly combine with a blender food processor or spatula.
3. Place the dough portions onto the baking sheet using a little cookie scoop. Make a ball out of your hands. until just barely stiff, 10 to 15 minutes in the freezer. They shouldn't be too chilly.
4. After 10 minutes in the freezer. Coat the Oreo balls with coconut flakes .
