Ingredients:
+ 1/4 cup black tapioca pearl
+ 2 medium avocado
+ 3 to 4 tbsp condensed milk
+ 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
+ 6 cups of water
Instructions:
1. In a pot, pour the water. Cover and let it boil on medium heat.
2. When it’s boiled, pour the black tapioca pearl over boiling water, stir right away to avoid clumping, and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Remove the tapioca from the heat and drain the water. Then place them in a mixing bowl or container and set it aside.
4. In a blender, add the fresh avocados, condensed milk, and milk. Blend it together on high speed until smooth.
5. To assemble, in a glass, pour 1/4 cup of cooked black tapioca and the avocado smoothie. Stir well before enjoying with a large boba straw.
Note: Avocado boba tastes really good when you serve it fresh. If you have left-over boba and you want to eat it the next day, it gets hard when you mix it with ice and milk; therefore, cook enough boba only on the same day. Serve it as fresh as possible. Also, when cooking the tapioca, stir it right away to avoid clumping at the bottom of the pot.
