"This brown sugar boba is so delicious and super easy to make. I love making it, especially on hot summer days. Very refreshing, and I really like the taste, even the boba itself. It's soft and gooey. The taste of caramelized sugar mixed with boba, ice, and milk is a perfect blend. I love it. I hope you like it as well."

2. When it’s boiled, pour the boba over the boiling water, stir, and cook for 5 minutes.

3. Remove the boba from the heat and drain the water. Then place the boba in a mixing bowl and set it aside.

4. In a pot, pour the brown sugar and water. Mix together until the sugar is caramelized on medium heat. When the sugar is caramelized, remove it from the heat.

5. Pour the caramelized sugar over the cooked boba. Mix together until combined.

6. To assemble, in a glass, place the boba mixture, add a cup of ice, and then milk. Enjoy!

Note: Brown sugar boba tastes really good when you serve it fresh. If you have left-over boba and you want to eat it the next day, it gets hard when you mix it with ice and milk; therefore, cook enough boba only on the same day. Serve it as fresh as possible.
