Ingredients:


+ 12 Banana Plantain

+ 1 cup brown sugar (compact)

+ oil to fry


Instructions:

1. Start by peeling the banana, cut it in half, and set it aside.

2. In a hot pan with oil, fry the banana until it’s golden brown on both sides. When it’s done, remove it from the heat.

3. Then, add the brown sugar and melt it until it’s caramelized. Then place the bananas on top and coat them with the melted sugar.

4. When it’s caramelized, remove it from the heat and place it on a rack to cool down. Enjoy!
