Ingredients:
+ 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
+ 3 honey mangos
+ 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
+ 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Prepare your tapioca pearl.
2. Cook on medium-low heat for 10 minutes and stir right away to avoid clumping at the bottom of the pot.
3. After 10 minutes, put the lid on, turn off the heat, and let it sit for 3 minutes.
4. Rinse it with cold water and set it aside.
5. Cut the mango, scoop it with a spoon, and place it inside the blender.
6. Add the full-fat coconut milk and the sweetened condensed milk.
7. Blend it until smooth.
8. Place the mango mixture into a bowl and add the Sago.
9. Mix it all together. Pour into your favorite glass, add whipped cream, but it’s optional, and top it with fresh chopped mango. I suggest to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving so it becomes more firmed!
