This Marshmallow Chocolate Fudge does not need to be baked, and it only requires three ingredients, such as semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and condensed milk. It's super easy to make and so delicious.

Ingredients:


+ 2 1/2 cups(425g) semi sweet chocolate chips(or dark chocolate)

+ 1 can sweetened condensed milk (1 1/3 cup or 15 oz)

+ 1 cup (1.66 oz) mini marshmallows


Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, pour the semi-sweet chocolate chips and add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix together until combined.

2. Place it over boiling water and stir continually until the chocolate is melted.

3. When the chocolate is melted, remove it from the heat.

4. In the prepared pan, spread the melted chocolate mixture evenly. Add the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate and press it down.

5. Place the chocolate fudge in the fridge for at least 4 hours to get it firm.

6. When the chocolate fudge is solidified, cut it into squares. Cut the edges to make the fudge even. You can use the extra chocolate fudge and shape it like a ribbon. Place the ribbon on top of the fudge and drizzle it with some melted chocolate.


Note: The chocolate fudge will solidify faster if you cover it and chill it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. You can also add some peanuts, pecans, or almonds if desired.
