Ingredients:
+ 1/2 Lb. ground beef
+ salt & fresh ground pepper
+ 1 tbsp. of taco seasoning
+ shredded cheese ( I used cheddar cheese)
+ shredded cabbage ( or shredded lettuce)
+ salsa sauce
+ corn tortillas
Instructions:
1. In a preheated skilet, add the ground beef.
2. Season the beef with salt, pepper, & taco seasoning. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any fat.
3. Serve warm over corn tortillas with shredded cheese, diced onions, cabbage, and salsa sauce.
Note: You can add any desired toppings of your choice like; lettuce, fresh tomatoes, avocado, and homemade salsa sauce. Additionally, serve the beef tacos nice and hot for better taste.
