This chicken breast recipe is super crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. It's pretty similar to popcorn chicken, but I cut the chicken breast into finger sizes. So, I guess you can call it fried chicken fingers..
How to make Fried Chicken Fingers ?
To make it, start by dividing the chicken breast in half. Then cut it into finger sizes. Place them in a bowl. Add the seasoning, two large beaten eggs and a quarter cup of all-purpose flour. Mix together until combined. In a separate bowl, add 2 cups of bread crumbs. Coat the battered chicken until it’s well coated. In a hot pan filled with oil, fry the chicken until they’re golden brown on both sides. When they’re cooked, use a strainer to drain the excess oil, place them on a plate, and serve!
