How to make Crispy Eggs Recipe From Scratch ?


In a mixing bowl, crack two large eggs. Add the salt and chicken broth powder. Mix it together until combined. In a hot pan, with oil. Fry the egg until it’s golden brown on both sides. When it’s cooked, remove it from the heat, place it on the cutting board, and divide it into eight slices. To make the flour mixture, combine the flour, salt, and ground black pepper. Set it aside. To make the batter, in a container add 3 scoops of the flour mixture and 2 tbsp. water or as needed. Mix it well to make the batter. Then coat the fried egg in flour, batter, and flour. In a hot pan filled with oil, fry the battered eggs until they're golden on both sides. When it’s done, use a strainer to drain the excess oil or place it on a rack to cool down before serving. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

For scrambled eggs:

+ 2 large eggs

+ 1/2 tsp. salt

+ 1/2 tsp. chicken broth powder


For the flour mixture:

+ 1 cup of all purpose flour

+ 1 tsp salt


For the batter:

+ 3 tbsp. of flour mixture

+ 2 tbsp. water, or as needed ( adjust the measurement, the batter should not be too thick, and not too watery.)


Oil to fry.


Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, crack two large eggs. Add the 1/2 tsp. of salt and 1/2 tsp. of chicken broth powder. Mix it together.

2. In a hot pan, with oil. Fry the egg until it’s golden brown on both sides.

3. When it’s cooked, remove it from the heat, place it on the cutting board, and divide it into eight slices.

4. In another bowl, mix together the 1 cup of flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper. ( Flour Mixture)
