Chicken Strips - Quick and Easy Appetizer/Dinner Recipe !

Ingredients:


2 chicken breast

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cayenne

1 egg


Breading:

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

mix seasonings ( salt, ground black pepper, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and onion powder.)

Oil to fry.


Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast into strips.

2. In a mixing bowl, season the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne. Then add one large egg. Mix together until combined.

3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients ( flour, cornstarch and mixed seasonings).

4. Coat the seasoned chicken strips in a breading.

5. In a preheated skillet, fry the chicken until it's golden brown on all sides.

6. When the chicken strips are cooked, use a colander or strainer to drain the excess oil, or you can also use a paper towel.

7. Serve nice and crispy. Enjoy!!!
