+ 2 tsp. of fine salt, to soak
For the sauce:
+ 2 tbsp. soy sauce
+ 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
+ 1 tbsp. white vinegar
+ 2 tsp. sesame oil
+ 1 tbsp. brown sugar
+ 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
+ 2 cloves garlic minced
+ 1 tsp. sesame seeds
