Wet Ingredients:
+ 2 overripe bananas
+ 1/3 cup unsalte melted butter
+ 1 large beaten egg
+ 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
+ 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
Dry Ingredients:
+ 1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
+ 1 tsp. baking soda
+ baking owder
+ 1/2 tsp. salt
+ 1 cup chocolate chips( for toppings)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Peel the bananas and place them in a mixing bowl. Then mash the bananas with a fork until they're smooth.
3. Add 1 large beaten egg, white sugar, unsalted melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix it together until combined.
4. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
5. Pour the dry ingredients over the wet ingredients. Fold it until it’s fully combined.
6. Scoop the batter into liners using a cookie scoop or spoon, and fill them all the way to the top.
7. Then add some chocolate chips on top of the batter and bake it for 20 minutes.
8. When it’s cooked, place it on a rack or platter to cool before serving. Enjoy!
Note: You can use overripe or extremely ripe bananas because underripe bananas won't blend well into the batter and will be hard to mash.
