Ingredients
For the meat:
+ 2 chicken breast
+ 1/2 tsp salt
+ 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
+ 1/8 tsp garlic powder
+ 1/2 tsp cayenne
+ 1/4 tsp. paprika
Batter:
1/4 cup cornstarch
mix seasonings (1/2 salt & 1/4 tsp. ground pepper)
1 egg
Breading:
Oil to fry.
Instructions:
1. Start by seasoning the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne. Spread the seasoning evenly on both sides.
2. In another mixing bowl, make a batter. Mix together the beaten egg, cornstarch, salt, and ground black pepper.
3. Coat the chicken in batter and bread crumbs
4. In a preheated skillet, fry the chicken until it's golden brown on all sides.
5. When the chicken tenders are cooked, remove it from the heat and place it on a rack to cool down. You can also use a colander, or strainer to drain the excess oil, or a paper towel.
6. Serve nice and crispy. Enjoy!!!
