Grilled Chicken Sandwich - Easy Dinner Recipe!

This is my version of the Bahn Mei grilled chicken sandwich. Me and my husband love this chicken recipe for dinner. It is so delicious especially when you dip it in a noodle soup. Omg! You really want to try it. I'm sure you like it as well.

Ingredients


To marinate:

+ 4 boneless chicken thighs

+ 1/4 cup soy sauce

+ 2 tbsp. vinegar

+ 1/2 tsp. onion powder

+ 1/2 tsp. cayenne

+ 1/2 tsp. paprika


To assemble: ( per sandwich)

+ 1 toasted bread ( I used Bahn Mei Bread)

+ 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise

+ diced carrots

+ 3 thin slices of cucumber

+ spinach


Instructions:

1. Preheat the grill to 375 degrees F.

2. In a mixing bowl; mix together the chicken thighs, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, pepper, onion powder, cayenne, and paprika.

3. While the grill is preheating. Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes and set it aside.

4. In the meantime, cut the vegetables, like carrots and cucumbers.

5. When the Grill is ready, place the marinated chicken inside and cook it for 15 minutes.

6. 15 minutes later, flip the chicken and cook it for another 15 minutes.

7. When it’s cooked, remove it from the heat and chop the chicken then assemble the sandwich.

8. To assemble: ( per sandwich)

+ 1 toasted bread (Baguette)

+ 1-2 tbsp. mayonnaise

+ diced carrots

+ 3 thin slices of cucumber

+ spinach


Note: You can use a thermometer to check the chicken's temperature for safety. The safe grilled chicken temperature is a minimum of 165 degrees F.
