This grilled pizza is one of the tastiest types of recipes that I love to make for dinner. It has a smokey-flavored, crispy crust, the toppings and sauce are remarkable. This grilled pizza is topped with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pineapple, and garlic ranch sauce.

Yield: 8 SERVINGS
Prep Time: 10 MINUTES
Cook time: 20 MINUTES
Total time: 30 MINUTES
Cuisine: American
Category: Lunch/Dinner
Ingredients
+ pizza dough ( preferably fermented)
+ pepperoni
+ sausage
+ jalapeno cheddar hot dogs
+ pineapple(optional)
+ mozarella cheese (shredded)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to 375 - 450 degrees F.
2. On the clean counter, spread the corn meal.
3. Place your dough on top and start spreading it to the edges. Flatten the dough by hand, or you can also use a rolling pin to spread the dough easily.
4. Add the pizza sauce of your choice and spread it evenly. Then add shredded cheese on top. And add your favorite toppings. For me, I added some sausage, pepperoni, or jalapeño cheddar hot dogs, small chunks of pineapple, and one more layer of cheese.
5. On a preheated grill, place the pizza inside and cook it for 20 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
6. When the pizza is cooked, remove it from the heat. And let it cool down for a few minutes before serving. Be careful; it’s really hot.
Note: Pineapple is optional only. You can use any pizza sauce, cheese, hot sauce and your favorite toppings of your choice. Also, while grilling the pizza, close the grill and check for every 10 minutes to make sure the edge is not burning.
