Easy No Bake Chocolate Truffles - 3 Ingredients Only!

These chocolate truffles are super easy, quick to make, and a delicious no-bake dessert. What I like about this recipe is that it only requires three ingredients, such as finely grated Graham crackers, cream cheese, and melted milk chocolate chips. This treat is the perfect gift for the holidays or any special occasion.

Ingredients:


+ 150g ( 1 1/2 cup) finely crushed graham crackers or any biscuits/crackers you have.

+ 4 oz ( 1/2 cup) Cream cheese, soften

+ 170g ( 6oz or 1 cup)milk chocolate chips, melted


Instructions:

1. Using a food processor, grind the crackers.

2. In a mixing bowl, pour the finely crushed crackers and add the softened cream cheese. Mix together until combined to create a cookie dough.

3. Shape the cookie dough into a ball. And chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.

4. In a separate mixing bowl, pour in a cup of milk chocolate chips and melt them for at least 1 minute or so until they're melted.

5. Place the cookie dough on a fork and dip it into the melted chocolate. To help the cookie dough get completely covered in chocolate, use a spoon. Use the fork to gently move the coated ball back onto the wax paper.

6. Refrigerate chocolate-coated cookie balls for at least 1 hour.

7. Serve and enjoy!


Note: By freezing the cookie balls, they become harder and are simpler to handle when being dipped in melted chocolate.
