Potato Wedges From Scratch !

How to make delicious potato wedges from scratch?


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges. (Cut the potatoes lengthwise.) Boil them for at least 2 minutes. When they’re boiled. Drain the water and let them dry using a paper towel. When the potatoes are dry, season them with some salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oil, and parmesan cheese. Mix it all together until combined. In a preheated oven, bake the potatoes for 15 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. When they’re cooked, place them on a plate and serve. Enjoy!

4. When the potatoes are dry, place them in a mixing bowl season them with 1/4 tsp of salt,1/4 tsp of ground pepper, 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 2-3 tbsp oil, and 1/2 cup parmesan cheese. Mix it all together until combined.

5. In a preheated oven, place the potato wedges on the baking pan and bake them for 15 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. When they’re cooked, place them on a plate and serve. Enjoy!


Notes & Tips :


What to do with leftover potato wedges?


For leftover potato wedges, store them in the fridge. They're still good for a couple days.

Also, left-over potato wedges are good if you air fry them for at least 5 minutes or so to have a crunchy texture on the outside and soft on the inside.
